Choirs

The Yellowknife Choral Society presently consists of three choirs:

Aurora Chorealis
The parent group, Aurora Chorealis, is an non-auditioned choir of 60 - 70 adults. Membership is open to anyone who would like to sing – see guidelines for membership.

Yellowknife Chamber Choir
The Chamber Choir is an auditioned ensemble of 16 to 25 members drawn from Aurora Chorealis.

Fireweed Children's Chorus
A non-auditioned choir for boys and girls in grades 4 to 8.

H2Oh!

NACC

On March 30th and 31st our "H2Oh" concert has water inspired music on tap with works by contemporary and classic composers from North America and abroad. This concert flows through various eras and cultures, the music's only common element being H2O as each piece sings of the majesty, might, mayhem and mirth that we get from, over, around, on, in, and under water.
