After lots of behind the scenes work by our choir Directors and YCS Board members including regular consultations with Public Health officials, a plan for singing in person was approved. Aurora Chorealis has now had two practices in the gym at Allain St. Cyr. Our practices look different – instead of standing closely beside other members of your section we are spaced 6 feet apart and wearing face masks. There is hand sanitizing, and forms to fill out. But at least we are singing together! Our last practice September 14th had almost 45 singers present and 12 attending on Zoom. The music for this season is starting to take shape and we are eager to see how it will all come together.
